My research interests focus on:

*organizational and cultural barriers to the sharing or management of data both at an individual and organizational level

* use of GIS (PPGIS) by non-profits to engage their constituents

* the effectiveness, and ethical dilemmas, of using the web as a medium for providing spatially based information to the public
